Information you provide
We collect information you submit through contact forms, qualification quizzes, lead-magnet forms, application forms and booking tools. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, business, website or social profile, industry, content goals, current publishing activity, enquiry details and answers you choose to provide.
Information collected automatically
When you use the site, technical information may be processed such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, timestamps and interactions with site features. Server and security logs may also record requests made to the site.
Client and supplier information

Contact and quiz forms do not subscribe you to a marketing list. Where a separate marketing choice is offered, you can withdraw that choice at any time.
Analytics, advertising and embedded services
The site uses PostHog in an EU-hosted project with memory-only persistence to understand site use. It also loads a Google Ads tag for advertising measurement. Pages may include services operated by Calendly, Google Forms, Vimeo, YouTube, TikTok and other social platforms. Those providers may process technical information or set their own storage when you load or interact with an embed.
The site does not currently provide a global cookie-preference control. You can use browser settings, content-blocking tools and provider account controls to limit optional tracking. This policy will be updated if the site's consent controls or tracking setup changes.
Who we share information with
We share information only where needed to operate the site, respond to you, deliver requested services, protect the business or comply with law. Providers may include website hosting and infrastructure, Elementor form submissions, PostHog, Google, Calendly, Resend, Stripe for payment processing, invoicing and fraud prevention, email providers, document and collaboration tools, video or social embeds, and professional advisers.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect legal rights or in connection with a business reorganisation. We do not sell personal information for money.
International transfers
We work with providers and visitors in several countries. Information may therefore be processed outside your state or country. Where data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we rely on the provider's recognised transfer mechanism, contractual safeguards or another lawful basis.
How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose described, to maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Enquiries that do not become client work are reviewed and deleted or anonymised when they are no longer useful for follow-up.
