By using the website, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Who may use the website

The deliverables, fees, payment terms, revision process, cancellations, rights and other commercial terms for paid work are stated in the applicable proposal or client agreement. If these website terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls for that service.

Intellectual property

The website design, copy, graphics, tools, templates and other original material are owned by Novalude OÜ or used under permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and print reasonable portions for your own internal, non-commercial use.

You may not republish, sell, license, copy at scale, remove attribution from, create a competing database from or commercially exploit website material without written permission. Normal links to public pages are welcome.

Your content and feedback

You retain ownership of information and material you submit. You give Novalude OÜ, trading as ShortFormVideo.co, the limited permission needed to receive, store and review it for the purpose requested. Feedback about the website may be used to improve the site without payment or attribution, provided we do not identify you without permission.

Acceptable use

You must not use the website to break the law, infringe rights, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person, submit misleading information, send spam or interfere with normal operation. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider identified at the point of payment. The payment provider operates under its own terms and privacy policy. Novalude OÜ remains the contracting party for services it sells.

Availability and warranties

We aim to keep the website useful and available, but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation or that every item will remain current or suitable for your purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novalude OÜ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from website use, including lost profits, revenue, data, opportunity or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability relating to free website use cannot be excluded, the total liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid specifically for that website use or 100 US dollars.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the website, your infringement of another person's rights or material you submit without authority.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. The courts of Estonia have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these website terms, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new update date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
