Filming and scripting

Everything that happens before the camera is on. Write the first line in the hook generator, check it runs to time in the script timer, keep the frame clear of the buttons the apps draw over it with the safe zone checker, then read it down the lens from the teleprompter.

Measuring what you posted

Same idea, four different formulas, because every platform reports engagement on a different basis. Working out what it is worth

Two answers to the same question, depending on who is paying you. Creator Rewards if the platform is the customer, and booked calls if your clients are. For a professional, the second sum is the one that matters.
